COVID-19 UPDATED CANCELLATION POLICY
We are delighted to start this year with a more positive outlook on travel and a noticeable upward trend in bookings for 2022 onward. As we emerge from the challenging circumstances the last two years have presented, AQUARIUS EXPEDITION remains committed to serve our customers at our best and make the memorable safari in East Africa with less terms and condition that will make them feel comfortable for the safari booking due to any COVID-19 uncertainty.
Now that travel restrictions have eased up, borders have reopened and airline operations are mostly back to schedule, we are hopeful that guests are able to travel to East Africa with less difficulty than it was before,
So due to this we have updated our booking terms and condition and now we have flexible Covid-19 Policy which will remains applicable for all existing bookings made prior to today for travel up December 31 2023. So the terms and policy are indicated as per below,
